By registering for TechRun 2026 as a participant, partner or exhibitor, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms of this indemnity declaration. This declaration relates to liabilities arising from your participation in TechRun 2026.

Please read the section that applies to your participation before completing registration. By completing registration, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this Indemnity Declaration.
For Race Participants
I acknowledge that participating in the TechRun 2026 race activities involves inherent risks, including the risk of injury, illness or accidents.
I voluntarily assume full responsibility for any risks or damages I may sustain while participating in the event. I release and discharge the organizers, sponsors and partners of TechRun 2026 from any liability, claims or demands related to my participation.
I declare that I am physically fit, have trained sufficiently and will abide by all race rules and safety instructions.
For Exhibitors & Partners
I acknowledge that as an exhibitor or partner at TechRun 2026, I am solely responsible for my exhibition booth, equipment, staff and showcased products or services.
I indemnify and hold harmless the organizers, sponsors and venue partners from any claims, damages, losses or liabilities arising out of my exhibition activities, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, product liability or intellectual property disputes.
I agree to comply with all event guidelines, venue safety standards and intellectual property regulations.
